Q: If I can’t take my mother to a doctor’s appointment, can the caregiver?

A: Yes, we can provide transportation and accompany our clients to any appointments they may have. We can do errands, shop, and pick up prescriptions.. We can even just go out for a fun! Like going to sit by the beach or go for a cup of coffee. We have accompanied clients to weddings, family gatherings, etc.

Q: What if our caregiver calls out sick? Would you still be able to provide help for us?

A:  We can provide a caregiver for you with little to no notice. We have a large staff, which therefore enables us to have many caregivers to choose from.

Q: What If I decide the caregiver you sent is not right for my needs

A:   If at any point you are dissatisfied with the current caregiver we are providing we will introduce you to another with no hard feelings. Communication is key to a successful relationship therefore we encourage feedback positive or negative. We understand that there are many different personalities. You do not randomly pick your friends without first assuring your personalities mesh well together so why should you randomly pick a caregiver.

Q:  Does your Agency only serve the Elderly population?

A:  We not only serve the elderly, we also serve many other clients with varying ages and medical issues. We have experience with Altheimers/dementia, spinal cord injuries, Vents, end of life issues, mobility issues, Cardiac, respiratory, and Cancers just to name a few.
