Meet Our Family

Three generations working together to provide quality and professional care to your loved ones.

Welcome and thank you for your interest

Margaret Connolly and her daughter Noreen Flanagan created CarePro Home Health Services in 1998. Over the years working in the home health field, Noreen and Margaret identified a need in the community for a small, cozy, homelike setting where individuals with cognitive and or physical needs could come for the day and be provided a safe and caring environment. That vision today is CarePro Adult Day Health, proudly serving members since 2014.

Noreen’s two daughters, Caileen and Caitriona, having grown up around the family business and have shown the same passion and determination for helping others as their mother and grandmother. Both women have become registered nurses and have joined the team adding another generation of quality care and compassion.

Caileen Flanagan, RN
Caileen earned her nursing degree from Laboure College in 2020. Prior to graduation, Caileen worked at CarePro Adult Day Health as a health aide. She held this position for 5 years before becoming a registered nurse. As a child, Caileen spent many of her summers and days off from school coming to the program and adding youth and vitality to the member’s day. She is energetic, compassionate, and has a true understanding of the members we serve. We are proud that she continues to be an integral part of our family business.

Caitirona Flanagan, RN
Caitriona is a graduate of Laboure College in 2021 and followed in both her mother’s and her sister’s footsteps by becoming a registered nurse. Prior to becoming a nurse, Caitriona worked as a program aide and would often assist the activity director in doing therapeutic activities with the members. Caitriona would spend her summers and time off from school coming to the Adult Day Program. The members found her endearing and loved the time they spent with her engaging in humor and conversation. Years later, Caitriona is now a vital member of our team.
