Enrollment

Who is eligible for enrollment?

Our members include adults suffering from memory impairment, those with chronic illnesses, those who desire socialization, those requiring assistance throughout the day for personal needs, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

How do we enroll?

Enrolling is easy! Simply call, or email to schedule a complimentary admission assessment with a registered nurse. You and/or your family member will be invited to tour the center to get a feel for what we have to offer. Our nurses will then provide you with an admission form that is quick and easy to fill out. Some members can begin attending in as little as a couple of days!

How many days per week must we enroll for?

To meet your needs, we offer a flexible attendance schedule, however, we do have a minimum of 2 days per week, with a maximum of 5 days. All enrollment offerings are based on a full day schedule; however, members may come and leave at any time that is convenient for them.

What is the fee for the adult day program?

Private pay fees are determined by the complexity of care that is required by the member. The fee will be determined at your initial assessment visit. We accept MassHealth, and many Senior Care Options for example Tufts, United Health Care, and Commonwealth Care. We are also contracted with South Shore Elder Services, Old Colony Elder Services and the Veterans Administration. We also accept long term care insurance.
